We process account, customer, asset, work-order and billing information to deliver this service. Field agents can explicitly consent to GPS sharing during an on-duty shift. Foreground location sharing stops when the page closes or the agent stops the shift; server shifts expire after 12 hours. Authorized tenant administrators and dispatchers can view location records. Raw GPS records are retained for 30 days, while work-order status and audit events remain part of service history. Contact contact@etiquette.ltd for access, correction or deletion requests.
