Payments

Platform subscriptions are payable to Etiquette Technologies through its configured Razorpay merchant account. Customer service-invoice payments use each tenant’s own separate Razorpay merchant account. No payment account is used as a fallback for another. Subscriptions may be cancelled for the end of the paid period through the billing screen, subject to gateway confirmation. Refunds are handled by the respective merchant under the agreed commercial terms. Online collection requires configured merchant credentials and successful provider onboarding.
